Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise i to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and on the frontend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Ensure secure coding practices and application security compliance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
  • Solid experience with , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
  • Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems (Git).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
