Job Description- Assist in project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring for IWT infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with IWAI headquarters, regional teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and evaluate construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
- Support in resolving technical issues during project execution.
- Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports for IWAI and funding agencies (World Bank / IBRD).
- Monitor contractors' performance and verify work as per approved schedules and specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and IWAI guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining project records, contracts, and correspondence.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, with a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech/M.E. or MBA
- 10–15 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
