Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically sound Head- Civil to oversee infrastructure and healthcare construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth domain expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional coordination abilities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project execution.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead planning and execution of civil engineering projects including hospitals, healthcare units, and institutional infrastructure.


• Oversee construction methodologies, ensure quality control, safety protocols, and adherence to regulatory and design standards.


• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, site supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams on-site.


• Develop and monitor project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely deliverables within approved budgets.


• Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for smooth coordination and issue resolution.


• Prepare and review BOQs, work estimates, and project costing.


• Conduct resource planning and vendor management to optimize cost and timelines.


• Ensure effective usage of tools like AutoCAD and Revit for design validation, revisions, and construction drawings.

Required Skills & Competencies:


• Profound knowledge of modern construction techniques, project lifecycle, and civil engineering codes.


• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide teams and resolve on-site challenges.


• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Analytical mindset for cost forecasting, risk mitigation, and value engineering.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, other construction management tools.

Desirable Attributes:


• Experience in healthcare or hospital infrastructure projects.


• Exposure to project management consultancy environments.
