Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, along with experience in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

You will work on building and scaling robust backend systems, integrating AI-driven functionalities, and collaborating with our front-end and AI teams to deliver intelligent, high-performing applications.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python/Golang, and
  • Proficiency in building and managing APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services.
  • Experience with relational or non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows and working with LLMs (Large Language Models).
  • Basic understanding of Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹80,000.00 per month
