About the Role

We are seeking a talented
Backend Developer )
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring high performance and security. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, expertise in , and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using
  • Build, test, and optimize RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL APIs) for scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate applications.
  • Design efficient data models and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer with (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Experience with frameworks like or NestJS.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.
  • Understanding of application security and authentication (JWT, OAuth).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with NestJS.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
  • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
