We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional to join us as an HR cum Admin Executive.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to manage our human resources and administrative functions. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workday and is the go-to person for ensuring smooth HR operations and a well-maintained office & facility. You will be the crucial link between management and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing offer letters.
- Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking appraisals and feedback.
- Coordinate training and development programs as required.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure accurate payroll processing support.
- Foster positive employee relations and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Administration (Admin):
- Manage overall office administration, including housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance.
- Oversee vendor management for services like couriers, travel, stationery, pantry, and other office supplies.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware and software-related issues.
- Manage company assets and inventory.
- Organize and coordinate internal meetings, team events, and client visits.
- Ensure the workplace is compliant with health and safety standards.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
- Manage front desk operations and general correspondence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree required. A Master's degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a combined HR & Admin role, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setting.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software and familiarity with payroll processes.
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Personal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a strong problem-solver.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
