Position
: Senior US Tax Preparer

US Shift
: 3 pm- 12 am

Location
: Ahmedabad (work from office)

Responsibilities-

  • Overview of the Year-End audit pack and finalization of books.
  • Trouble shooting client issues – Which are not resolved at assistant

level

  • Handling client calls – Which are not handled at assistant level
  • Ensure that the new client is updated and trained on internal tools or

software

  • Random review of financial statements and AR/AP reports
  • Periodic review of team performance and update further
  • Performing Year-End performance review of the team
  • Assisting team to file Tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120s, 941,

940, 990, 706, 709)

  • Preparation of ERC and Amended Returns Filling
  • Maintain and overview on budget and forecasting
  • Able to maintain relationship with clients
