**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client interviews to gather relevant financial information and assess tax situations.
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities **(business tax returns i.e. Form 1065, 1120 and 1120S and personal tax return i.e. Form 1040).**:

- **Preparation and filing of 1099 Forms for various accounting clients at the yearend.**:

- Stay current on changes to tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant filings.
- Provide tax planning advice to clients to optimize financial outcomes. Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve any tax-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in tax preparation.

**Qualifications/Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a tax preparer, with a focus on U.S. taxation.
- Sound knowledge of US tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, Ultra Tax, CCH Axcess, ProSystem, Pro-connect, etc.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
