We are looking for highly skilled
Java Backend Developers
to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, hands-on experience with modern tools, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using
    Java or Kotlin
    .
  • Build multi-threaded, scalable architectures and optimize web services.
  • Implement caching, event-driven pipelines, and high-performance systems.
  • Ensure high-quality code with a
    strong focus on testing
    and best practices.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in modern programming environments with
    Docker & Kubernetes
    .
  • Apply
    Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns
    effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of backend development experience.
  • Expertise in
    Java/Kotlin
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    multi-threaded architectures, web services, and caching
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Docker, Kubernetes
    , and CI/CD environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a
    customer-first mindset
    .

Good to Have (Plus Skills)

  • Experience with
    AWS Cloud
    services.
  • Knowledge of
    Redis, Kafka, NoSQL databases
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Terraform
    for infrastructure automation.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Monitoring & Observability
