Requirements- Hotel/Hospitality Industry Background

Education: MBA in Finance.

Locality- Taloja, Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Experience- 8+ Years Experience in finance & 3 + years on Leadership role.

Key responsibilities

  • Financial management:

Manage the hotel's accounting and control systems, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and records.

  • Reporting:

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, cash flow statements, and other reports, and submit them to management and head office.

  • Budgeting and forecasting:

Coordinate and submit periodic forecasts and prepare the annual budget.

  • Cost control:

Implement and administer internal control systems, policies, and procedures to safeguard the hotel's assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local requirements.

  • Risk management:

Manage financial risks and ensure the hotel is protected from losses.

  • Liaison:

Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external agencies.

  • Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax requirements.

  • Support:

Provide data-driven financial insights and support to the General Manager and other management for strategic decision-making.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with taxes (income tax, sales tax, service tax, TDS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month
