Responsibilities :
  • Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online/On-Prem, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office 365 applications.
  • Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of M365 services.
  • Manage hybrid Exchange environments, including mail flow, connectors, and coexistence.
  • Oversee SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Support Teams governance, policies, voice integration, and collaboration features.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues escalated from L1/L2 teams and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance policies, including DLP, retention, and auditing.
  • Monitor service health, usage reports, and proactively address performance or capacity issues.
  • Participate in migration projects, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and best practices.
Technical and Professional Requirements :
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise IT with a focus on Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Deep expertise in Exchange Online and On-Prem, including hybrid configurations.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and customization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration, including policies, voice, and app integrations.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Compliance Center, and Security Center.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-700, MS-203, or MS-102 are highly desirable.
