Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Conference Producer. The Conference Producer will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, conducting market research, acquiring speakers, and managing events. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of events, and delivering high-quality professional conferences.

Job Descriptions:

  • To research and constantly keep abreast and updated on the assigned industry/market.
  • Apply excellent communication skills, PR skills/soft skills and negotiation skills to confirm top industry leaders as Speakers and Advisory Panel members on pro-bono basis; drive strategic alliances for assigned conferences for value addition and wider reach into TG.
  • Good team player to optimally utilize internal team resources towards achievement of commercial targets.
  • Furnish regular and complete report of developments and updates on all aspects of the Conferences assigned.
