Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Placement Manager with 13+ years of experience. The Senior Placement Manager will oversee the placement process, establish and foster relationships with industry partners, and identify job opportunities aligned with the skills of graduates. Responsibilities include managing recruitment drives, mentoring students for interviews, and ensuring successful placement outcomes. The role demands coordination with both students and organizations while maintaining accurate records and monitoring performance metrics to improve placement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end placement operations across multiple programs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HRs, and recruiters.

Drive placement targets, offer ratios, and CTC benchmarks.

Design and implement placement strategies aligned with market trends.

Manage and mentor the placement team to improve performance and outcomes.

Coordinate with academic, sales, and training teams for student readiness.

Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and employability sessions.

Track and report placement metrics, MIS, and recruiter feedback.

Handle senior-level corporate negotiations and tie-ups.

Ensure compliance, documentation, and placement audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

13+ years of proven experience in placements / corporate relations.

Strong corporate network across multiple industries.

Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Higher Education is mandatory.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to build teams and scale placement outcomes.

Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS & reporting.

Leadership mindset with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM / Master's degree (HR, Marketing, or related field).

Experience handling pan-India or multi-location placements.

Exposure to international placements is an added advantage.
