Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau. The ideal candidate will transform complex datasets from marketing campaigns, CRM platforms, and sales operations into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that guide strategic decision-making.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about turning raw data into powerful business intelligence that impacts revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from marketing, CRM, and sales sources.
• Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs, sales funnel performance, marketing ROI, and customer engagement.
• Business Insights: Provide actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency, sales effectiveness, and customer service quality.
• Data Visualization: Present findings in a clear, compelling way to management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and CRM teams to understand business needs and provide tailored data solutions.
• Automation: Streamline reporting processes and automate data pipelines where possible.
• Predictive Analytics: Leverage statistical models and forecasting to identify future trends and opportunities.
• Data Governance: Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of business-critical data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (3–5+ years preferred) with a strong focus on marketing, CRM, and sales data.
• Expertise in Power BI and Tableau with hands-on experience in building dashboards and data visualizations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying for complex datasets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceTitan, HubSpot) and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis and machine learning (preferred but not mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
