Role Summary

We are seeking an
experienced and functional leader

to efficiently manage our complete post-production logistics and warehouse operations across our multi-site network (2 production facilities and 1 central warehouse). This role is focused on the
daily execution and reliable management

of material flow, dispatching, and inventory control. The successful candidate will ensure strict adherence to our WMS and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaboration and Dispatch Management

  • Material Flow Oversight:

Manage and ensure the smooth flow of materials from the production lines to final customer dispatch, making sure every unit is tracked correctly using the current system.
- Team Coordination:

Work closely with
Production, Sales, and Marketing

teams to manage incoming sales orders and outgoing dispatch schedules efficiently.
- Logistics Planning:

Design and manage daily dispatch plans, including vehicle scheduling and effective use of resources (people and machinery) at the docks to ensure quick vehicle turnaround and efficient material movement.

2. Warehouse Operations and Compliance

  • WMS Management:

Serve as the main user and manager of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Drive the correct use of the system across all teams and sites, ensuring the WMS holds the true and accurate record for all inventory.
- Inventory Accuracy:

Enforce high standards for
stock accuracy and material location

. Ensure all team members strictly follow the SOPs during inwarding and outwarding processes.
- Vendor Management (3PL):

Directly manage, monitor, and audit the performance of external 3PL teams, ensuring their daily operations meet our company's standards for safety, productivity, and inventory record keeping.

3. Data Integrity and Reporting

  • Real-Time Data Entry:

Ensure all logistics events (receiving, transfers, dispatches) are captured
in real-time

and directly into the WMS, eliminating the need for paper records or separate spreadsheets.
- Performance Reporting:

Track, evaluate, and present key performance numbers (KPIs) to management, focusing on areas like inventory accuracy, dispatch speed, and overall operational efficiency.

4. Team Leadership and Management

  • Culture & Standards:

Build and lead the warehouse and logistics teams, promoting a culture of high standards, safety, and accountability.
- Labor Management:

Effectively
manage and organize the logistics team and casual labor

. Handle team changes and worker attrition, making sure operations continue to run smoothly every day.
- Communication:

Use
clear and effective communication

skills to deal professionally with management, mid-level staff, and casual labor teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Experience:

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in managing warehouse and logistics operations, especially in a manufacturing setting with multiple sites.
- Functional Expertise:

Proven experience in managing a large number of different products (high-SKU environment) and working inside a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Preferred:

  • Executive Education:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Operations.
- Leadership Track Record:

Experience in a formal management role leading a team in a warehouse setting.
