Role Description

As a Senior Accountant at Greenjoules Pvt Ltd, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and provide insightful financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, overseeing tax filings and audits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in budgeting and cost control strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khed, Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting, including ledger management and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with taxation, compliance, and auditing processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis expertise to provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Proficient in accounting software and financial tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/CPA qualification preferred.
