Role & responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management

  • Handle inbound leads and client inquiries (via Instagram, references, and online portals)
  • Conduct meetings, explain packages, and close deals in alignment with company goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients pre and post-event
  • Achieve monthly conversion targets and maintain lead tracking reports

Event Production & Operations

  • Coordinate logistics and team requirements for weddings, shoots, and events
  • Supervise on-ground operations (venue coordination, shoot schedules, crew management)
  • Ensure brand quality standards are maintained during all projects
  • Handle client interactions during live events for smooth experience
  • Coordinate data transfer (HDDs, shoot reports, etc.) with Operations team

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with the Operations, Client Relations, and Creative teams
  • Participate in internal reviews and project planning meetings
  • Assist in new market development activities (especially Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Hyderabad) posibilities for this role.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi)
  • Good understanding of event/wedding production or photography industry preferred
  • Confident with client handling, negotiation, and coordination
  • Comfortable with travel and fieldwork
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and team-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

Education: Graduate in Event Management / Marketing / Mass Communication / Hospitality preferred

Experience: 1-3 years in event production, sales, or client servicing
