Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Greater Noida for an
Executive
. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office and managing technical lab equipment for innovation and prototyping. The role combines administrative efficiency with hands-on technical support, requiring the individual to manage correspondence, coordinate activities, and operate equipment such as 3D printers, PCB designing tools, and fabrication devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping systems
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment (3D printers, PCB design setups, soldering kits, electronics prototyping tools, etc.)
  • Support startups, students, and faculty in safe and effective use of lab resources
  • Schedule and monitor lab usage, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Assist in organizing workshops, demos, and training sessions on lab equipment
  • Maintain consumables and spare parts for uninterrupted lab functioning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in administration or lab/maker-space management preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge of 3D printing, PCB designing, and electronic/mechanical prototyping tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to balance administrative tasks with technical support responsibilities

Compensation

INR 25,000-27,000 per month
