Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage referral networks (gynecologists, IVF centers, hospitals, wellness partners).
- Drive patient acquisition and increase consultations/procedures.
- Manage and convert leads, track conversions, and report outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and outreach.
- Support ad-hoc business development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years in business development or sales (healthcare/fertility preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, with a focus on lead conversion and revenue growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹276, ₹1,240,888.30 per year
