Role Overview

We're hiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our marketing and sales operations. You'll play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, managing CRM data, and preparing reports that drive decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a fast-paced IT business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle chat and phone interactions with customers professionally
  • Deliver prompt and effective responses to client queries

CRM & Lead Management

  • Update and maintain leads in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure complete and accurate data
  • Generate lead reports and track campaign responses

Data & Reporting

  • Assist in analyzing marketing and sales data
  • Create reports to support business decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with internship experience can also apply)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
