We are looking for an experienced
PM/Techno Manager
with a strong background in
Networking, Datacom, or Optical product development
who has transitioned into project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining quality, and achieving business objectives. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, project leadership, and stakeholder management.

Job Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects across Networking, Datacom, or Optical technology domains.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution — planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Operations, and Support) to ensure project success.
  • Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor project performance, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with organizational goals and customer requirements.
  • Understand financial aspects of project management, including
    P&L
    and
    margins
    .
  • Implement and promote project management best practices, processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 12–16 years of total experience
    , with strong exposure to Networking/Datacom/Optical product development.
  • Proven experience in
    project management
    and
    team leadership
    .
  • Excellent
    communication
    ,
    presentation
    , and
    stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a
    services organization
    or with
    customer-driven project deliveries
    preferred.
  • Good understanding of
    project financials
    (P&L, margins, budgets).
  • PMP / Scrum Master certification
    is an advantage (not mandatory)
