
Accounts and Admin Executive

Key responsibilities:
1. Record all entries for bank, cash, and expenses.
2. Manage daily banking, cash transactions record and prepare cash vouchers for miscellaneous expense.
3. Keep track of Sale & Purchase.
4. Issue Purchase Orders to Vendors.
5. Receive and Record Purchase Orders Received from Customer in Tally.
6. Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS returns, and reconcile GSTR-2B with books.
7. Perform debtors' & creditors' reconciliation monthly / quarterly or as needed.
8. Handle accounts receivable and payable, including vendor payments.
9. Book purchase invoices with proper documentation of receipts, debit and credit notes.
10. Conduct daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
11. Prepare and maintain sales invoices and ensure timely sharing with customers.
12. Prepare Export Invoice, Packing List & other related documents.
13. All Bank or Sale Tax related communication (written & verbal) and department visit, as and when required.
14. Prepare MIS Repost as required by management.
15. Track and manage stock-in-hand, update inventory records regularly in Tally and spreadsheets.
16. Prepare list of items reaching Re-order point and place orders for such items.
17. Preparing & Maintaining BOM data in Tally.
18. Coordinate with operations team and issue purchase orders to vendors based on internal requests.
19. Maintain records of staff attendance, overtime, and salary calculations.
20. Handle Job-work Account and Audit Incoming & Outgoing Job-work material.
21. Support with basic HR documentation and payroll coordination.
22. Keeping Track of all legal compliances of the company and fulfilling them on time.
23. Other Office, Accounts & Finance related and other office work that may come from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Possess 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
2. Candidate with good knowledge of Excel will be preferred
3. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Tally.
4. Have exposure to manufacturing ERP systems (TICK preferred).
5. Show good understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance norms.
6. Be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking across departments.
7. Be ready to support the team by sharing & training other teammates about the knowledge possessed.
8. Candidates staying within 10 km of the factory will be preferred.
