This is a contract to hire position for 3 months project, later on conversion will happen on performance basis.

Note: Selected candidates will be in the payroll of Eteam and will be working in client location (ANKO).

Shift time - 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Work Mode - Work From Office

Senior Finance Executive

Primary Purpose of Role

Maintain and distribute regular management and operational reports on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis to provide the business with financial information to help

drive operational decisions, through accessing data from various data systems (majority using TM1) .

Manage ad hoc queries for reporting and information from the Melbourne Finance team.

5 -10 years

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Performance Measures & Targets

Deliver weekly, monthly and ad hoc

reports to the business which

effectively measure and manage

performance and deliver insight into

key business opportunities and risks

in business reporting requirements

Continually improve end-to-end

reporting to ensure efficient, accurate

and timely reporting

recommendations made and

translated into action

Supporting the Manager and the

FP&A Melbourne team with adhoc

requests

accuracy and delivering to the

requirements from the business

Perform analysis as requested by

Manager or the Melbourne FP&A team


Monthend deliverables including preparing and providing commentary on business

performance for monthly internal and Group reporting

Accurate and timely submission of data to Investor relations team

Provide useful commentary and clear

insights to the FP&A team and

business stakeholders


Support Reporting and data project

Backup to team members


Support with any key transformation and automation projects with respect to Reporting

Be a team player support team members where necessary

accuracy and delivering to the

requirements from the business
