The Responsibilities Would Primarily Include the Outbound, Inbound

Day Shift Only: 0 - 1 Years of Good Communication and Understanding of Sales are Most Welcome

Freshers can also apply with god communication skills.

Outbound Process:

New trainings, Up sell & Cross-sell Executive and Certification Courses

Inbound Process:

Attend to the Sales & Services Calls Received on the Customer Care Numbers.

Responsible for Converting Telephone Enquirers into Admissions.

Responsible for Achieving Business Targets Through Effective Counselling as per the Timelines.

Self-motivated & Confident.

Education Qualification: Graduates (in Any Stream) & Post-graduates Can also Apply. - Candidate Pursuing Academics are also Eligible.
