We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Business Promotion Creatives Maker to join our team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong creative sense who can design engaging offers and promotional plans to significantly boost customer engagement, drive sales, and expand our market reach.

You will be responsible for turning business goals into exciting, executable campaigns and attractive offers that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer Development: Conceptualize, develop, and launch new business offers, product bundles, and pricing strategies that are compelling to customers and aligned with company goals.
  • Promotional Planning: Design end-to-end promotional plans and calendars across various channels (e.g., social media, email, website, paid ads) to maximize offer visibility and conversion.
  • Creative Content Direction: Work closely with the design and copy teams to direct the creation of promotional visuals (creatives), ensuring they are high-performing, brand-consistent, and clearly communicate the value of the offer.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement rigorous A/B testing on offers, messaging, and creative content to identify top performers and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all promotional campaigns and offers, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay current on competitor promotions, consumer trends, and platform best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, promotions, or creative strategy, preferably in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Creative Strategy: Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into unique, high-performing creative concepts and promotional offers.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign success and make data-backed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of clearly articulating creative visions and performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
