We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer having 8+ years of developmental experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript ) and Python (Fast API) {knowledge of XML/HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL would be a plus}.

This role offers a permanent work from home setup.

This role/shift includes mandatory overlap hours with U.S. time zone, translating in IST as "7:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST".

Requirements
  • Backend Development: Build and maintain backend systems using Python (Fast API), PHP and MySQL.
  • Frontend Development: Create responsive and scalable UI using JavaScript ), HTML, XML and CSS.
  • Database Management: Work with MySQL for data handling and storage.
  • API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
  • CRM Integration: Customize and implement CRM solutions to align with business needs.
  • Website & Hosting Management: Manage and maintain websites and blogs (including WordPress), ensuring seamless performance.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work with stakeholders to refine requirements and maintain clear documentation.
  • Testing & Optimization: Ensure cross-browser compatibility, perform optimizations, and enhance website performance.
  • Experience with WordPress, SEO basics and server management (Linux) would be a plus (add on advantage - but not mandatory)
Most Important Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
  1. Understand Software Architecture and System Design
  2. Should have worked on Agentic AI application
  3. Lang Chain and Lang Graph Understanding
  4. Strong proficiency and experience in & good working knowledge and understanding in Python (Fast API)
  5. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  6. Minimum 8+ years of developmental experience
  7. Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  8. Experience in CRM integration and custom development
  9. Flexibility for working in U.S. time zone overlap (7:30 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST)
