Job Description for Full Stack Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, working closely with our design teams to deliver user-friendly, performant, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Familiar with Webflow workflow to develop and manage existing websites.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly web applications.

Back-End Development:

  • Manage server-side logic, integrate APIs, and manage databases using technologies like , Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
  • Manage and implement robust and scalable RESTful services and APIs.
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems and ensure they run smoothly.

Database Management:

  • Manage databases (SQL, NoSQL) to support the application's functionality.
  • Optimize database performance, and ensure data security.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain high code quality standards.
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, ).
  • Strong experience with back-end languages , Python, Ruby, Java, PHP) and frameworks.
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
