Position Overview:

The File Processing Executive will be responsible for handling, managing, and processing home loan files efficiently and accurately. The role involves ensuring all loan-related and KYC documentation is complete, verified, and processed within the required timeline, supporting smooth disbursement and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and maintain loan application files and related KYC documentation.
  • Verify data accuracy, documentation completeness, and ensure compliance with financial standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for file movement and approvals.
  • Manage and update daily file status reports in MS Excel and company software.
  • Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) is maintained at all stages of processing.
  • Support the loan disbursement process and assist in other operational activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate (local candidates preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in file processing or loan documentation
  • Computer Skills: Good command over Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
