Role & responsibilities :

Branding & Communication

  • Define and implement brand positioning and identity across all projects and corporate communication.
  • Drive rebranding, campaign ideation, and storytelling initiatives to strengthen brand equity.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across offline and digital channels.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for residential and commercial real estate projects, from pre-launch to post-possession.
  • Build and oversee integrated campaigns including digital, print, outdoor, events, and influencer marketing.
  • Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.

Traditional Marketing to lead offline brand

  • Strategize and execute traditional marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Plan and manage offline marketing (print, radio, cinema, BTL initiatives).
  • Drive Outdoor/OOH marketing hoardings, transit media, kiosks, signage.
  • Conceptualize and execute events, exhibitions, and activations to generate leads and engagement.

Sales & CRM Support

  • Partner with sales teams to craft impactful pitch decks, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  • Support pre-launch and launch activities with targeted campaigns to attract channel partners and buyers.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize conversion rates and ROI on campaigns.

Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, CRM, project teams) to ensure alignment.
