Job Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can manage our marketing team and handle client communications efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Lead the digital marketing team and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Handle client communication — understand requirements, share updates, and build long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective digital strategies for clients to achieve measurable results.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and SEO teams for smooth execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to manage a small team.
  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
