• Innovate and Inspire: Design and prototype cutting-edge mobile and web applications that set trends and elevate user experiences.
• Craft Visual Masterpieces: Create high-fidelity UX designs, prototypes, visual concepts, and demos that captivate and engage users.
• Engage with Users: Dive deep into qualitative research by interviewing users and gathering insights that drive your design decisions.
• Leverage AI for Insights: Utilize advanced AI tools to conduct quantitative research, analyze session recordings, and gather user feedback to identify pain points and design opportunities.
• Collaborate on Design Systems: Co-create and maintain a cohesive Design System with your team, ensuring design consistency, optimal usability, and accessibility standards.
• Empower Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to foster a design-led approach to product development, ensuring your vision comes to life.
• Test and Refine: Conduct usability testing and collaborate with users to select the best design versions, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Facilitate Creativity: Lead brainstorming sessions, critiques, and collaborative workshops with multidisciplinary teams to spark innovation.
• Present with Passion: Articulate your design proposals to senior stakeholders, clearly explaining the rationale behind your creative decisions.

• Visual Design Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your exceptional UI design skills is essential (please share when applying).
• Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey your ideas effectively.
• Proven Experience: Solid multi-year experience in designing software applications for both web and mobile platforms.
• Research Savvy: Experience working with research data to inform your design process.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or other industry-standard UX design tools.
• Design System Knowledge: Experience in working with design systems to create cohesive user experiences.
