Key Responsibilities:·       Lead and manage BIM projects across variousstages – design, construction, and handover.·       Coordinate with architects, engineers,contractors, and clients to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations.·       Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans(BEP) and project workflows.·       Supervise model creation, clash detection,and data extraction using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D).·       Ensure compliance with relevant standards(e.g., ISO 19650, local codes).·       Mentor and guide BIM modelers andcoordinators, ensuring skill development and quality output.·       Conduct regular project reviews, qualitychecks, and progress reporting.·       Collaborate with IT and digital teams tointegrate BIM with other technologies (e.g., GIS, IoT, Digital Twin). Required Qualifications:·       Bachelor's or Master's degree inArchitecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.·       5+ years of experience in BIM, with atleast 2 years in a leadership role.·       Proficiency in BIM software: AutodeskRevit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, etc.·       Strong understanding of constructionprocesses and project lifecycle.·       Excellent communication, leadership, andstakeholder management skills.·       Familiarity with international BIMstandards and protocols. Preferred Skills:·       Experience with infrastructure orlarge -scale commercial projects.·       Knowledge of scripting (Dynamo, Python) forBIM automation.·       Exposure to cloud -based collaborationplatforms.·       Certification in BIM (e.g., AutodeskCertified Professional, RICS BIM Manager).
