Job Summary:The Manager – SCIR will oversee andcoordinate the entire spinal cord injury rehabilitation (SCIR) program,ensuring high -quality service delivery across intensive rehabilitation,community rehabilitation, training, advocacy, and partner organization strengthening.This role involves program management, clinical coordination, team leadership,government and donor liaison, reporting, and innovation to strengthen SCIrehabilitation at both center and community levels.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the planning, implementation,monitoring, and evaluation of all SCIR program activities. • Supervise multidisciplinary teams (physiotherapists, community therapists,psychologists, coordinators) across multiple locations. • Strengthen partnerships with hospitals, NGOs, government departments, andother stakeholders. • Ensure quality assurance across rehabilitation services, community -basedinterventions, and training programs. • Coordinate donor reporting, prepare proposals, and support fundraising efforts. • Lead strategic initiatives including advocacy for SCI policies, databasestrengthening, DPO formation, and new project innovations. • Conduct regular field visits for monitoring and team support. • Organize capacity -building workshops for internal staff and partnerorganizations. • Analyze program data and prepare biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annualreports. • Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and clinical protocols. • Contribute to leadership discussions for program scaling, research, andstrategic planning.Accountability:• Report to the Senior Manager – Programsregarding SCIR program status, risks, and opportunities. • Ensure program alignment with organizational goals, operational standards,and donor requirements. • Maintain ethical conduct, transparency, and adherence to APD policies.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's or master's degree inPhysiotherapy, Occupational Therapy• 3+ years of experience in rehabilitation,health programs, or disability project management. • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and working with government andcommunity partners.Preferred Qualifications (if any):• Specialized certification or advanceddegree in rehabilitation management, disability studies, or public health. • Experience in policy advocacy, donor engagement, and strategic leadership. • Prior experience working with spinal cord injury rehabilitation programs.Skills and Competencies:• Strong leadership, team management, andprogram coordination skills. • Clinical or rehabilitation program understanding. • Excellent communication, stakeholder networking, and advocacy skills. • Strong documentation, reporting, data analysis, and budgeting abilities. • Strategic thinking, innovation, and solution -driven approach. • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and digital reportingplatforms.Working Conditions:• Office and field -based Requirements Willing to travel to community Benefits As per the company standard
