Role Overview:

As a Digitalization - Intern, contribute to the development and implementation of digital tools and solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement in steam-related industrial applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize processes, create industry-specific configurations, and enhance solution delivery speed.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Design and develop a Steam Configurator targeting priority industries.

  • Acquire foundational knowledge of steam systems, including:

  • Boiler efficiency calculations.

  • Cost savings from temperature overshoot control, Pressure Reducing Stations (PRS), and bypass valve avoidance.

  • Benefits of flash steam recovery and condensate recovery systems.

  • Create process-wise Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) 2D and 3D, for steam-related applications.

  • Develop sales pitch content using customer-specific terminology to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Support digitalization of industry-specific solutions, on CRM platform Salesforce.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions with proposal, energy audit, and engineering teams for solution alignment.
  • Prepare Project Requirement Documents (PRDs) to clearly define functional and technical needs for digitalization projects.
  • Coordinate with developers, providing instructions, guidance, progress tracking, and support during Salesforce digitalization projects.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Steam system fundamentals and industrial applications.
  • Process design and diagramming (P&ID creation).
  • Digital tool development and project documentation (PRD creation, Salesforce customization).
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
  • Sales enablement through technical content customization.
