Job Description: International Voice Process (US Banking) Quick Summary
We are looking for highly motivated and articulate individuals to join our team as an International Voice Process Associate focused on US Banking operations. You will be the primary point of contact for our US-based customers, providing exceptional service and resolving queries related to their banking accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer calls professionally from US-based customers regarding banking products, services, and account inquiries (e.g., balance checks, transaction details, statement requests).
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) like call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Must be a Graduate (any stream).
- Language: Excellent English Communication (Both verbal and written) is mandatory. Your language skills must be clear, fluent, and neutral to effectively communicate with US customers.
- Experience: Previous experience in an International Voice Process is a plus, but motivated freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
- Availability: Must be willing to work in Night Shifts (US shift structure).
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
