Role Overview

We're looking for a dependable and proactive individual who can help implement ideas, manage ongoing tasks, and ensure smooth execution across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role that requires consistency, clear communication, and a strong sense of responsibility.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing plans, presentations, and outreach activities
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain trackers, schedules, and follow-ups with discipline
  • Support in preparing documents, decks, and basic content drafts
  • Ensure timely updates and progress reporting
  • Handle day-to-day operations with minimal supervision

Preferred Background

  • 1–3 years in operations, admin, coordination, or project support mainly in marketing / sales
  • Comfortable with basic digital & AI tools
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Bonus: Experience in education, youth programs, or startup environments
