Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Bancassurance strategy & execution

· In charge of executing efficient and aggressive business strategies and achieving the budget

· Responsible for encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition

· Estimating sales volume and profit for existing and new items (MCOR-Marginal Combined Operating Ratio)

· Responsible for sourcing business from all the products that they manage as per the budget

· Responsible for grooming and handholding of direct reportee's including 3 Zonal Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager

Engagement with channel

· Maintaining team and channel relationship management and ensuring the same is adhered by the internal team members

· Proposing various contests with the channel partners to help achieve the business numbers

Coordination with internal & external team

· Coordinating with the product team for product or system development along with the changes on the product as well as coordinating with the HR team for recruitment purpose

· Daily coordination with their internal team via huddle calls or one to one call

Compliance & Adherence

· Ensuring all the activities including conducting R&R (Rewards & Recognition) of the new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirements

Key Requirements- Education & Certificate:

· Post Graduate from a reputed institute will be preferred

Key Requirements- Experience & Skills:

· Excellent communication & coordinating skills are required

· Proven experience of 17+ years in the similar role is required

· Preference will be given to the candidate with Bancassurance industry background
