Role Overview
We're seeking a
dynamic, sales-driven, and people-focused Retail Store Manager
to take ownership of our
Biggest Flagship store at ChurchStreet.
You'll be the
captain of the ship
— leading the team, delighting customers, and making sure the store operates like clockwork while smashing sales targets.

What You'll Lead & Deliver

  • Sales Growth Champion – Drive revenue by implementing smart sales strategies, setting ambitious targets, and consistently exceeding them.
  • Performance Analyst – Review sales data, track KPIs, identify trends, and create action plans to boost results.
  • People Leader – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates who embody Uni Seoul's service and style standards.
  • Motivator & Coach – Inspire your team daily, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges head-on to keep morale high.
  • Customer Experience Architect – Ensure every shopper leaves delighted, with their expectations exceeded and loyalty strengthened.
  • Operational Perfectionist – Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, store presentation, and loss prevention with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Brand Ambassador – Represent Uni Seoul's values and aesthetics, making sure the store reflects our unique brand identity at all times.
  • Problem Solver – Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining our brand reputation.
  • Financial Steward – Manage store budgets and control expenses without compromising the customer experience.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Proven track record as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills — you know how to inspire performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both team and customer interactions.
  • Solid grasp of retail math, inventory management, and sales analysis.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and retail operations software.
  • Passion for retail, style, and delivering premium customer experiences.
