We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Billing and Estimation Engineer to join our team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

The Billing and Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project billing, and ensuring the financial health of our projects. Key duties include:

· Quantity Take-off: Performing detailed and accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

· BOQ Preparation: Expertise in preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

· Rate Analysis: Conducting thorough rate analysis for various construction activities and materials.

· Estimation & Documentation: Using estimation software and MS Office tools to prepare and finalize project estimates and tender documents.

· Billing Management: Preparing, verifying, and processing project and sub-contractor bills.

· Coordination: Collaborating with project managers, site teams, and clients for successful project execution and billing.

Requirements

· Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Experience: 5 to 8 Years of experience in Industrial Construction is essential.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, specialized costing software) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).

· Core Competencies: Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Take-off is required.
