About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead to head the technology function at Dropty, a

fast-growing travel and logistics platform redefining convenience for flyers. The role

involves complete ownership of Dropty's web, mobile, and backend systems, ensuring

each product release is scalable, secure, and reliable.

You'll work closely with the founding team to design the technical roadmap, manage a

small but high-performing dev team, and bring best practices in architecture, security, and

performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end architecture and development across web, mobile, and backend

systems.

  1. Build, optimize, and scale RESTful APIs using , , and Laravel.

  2. Oversee app interfaces and dashboards built with , React Native, and

Tailwind CSS.

  1. Own and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM,

CloudWatch).

  1. Define CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release workflows for rapid, stable

deployments.

  1. Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and operations teams to align tech outcomes with

business goals.

  1. Mentor developers, review code, and enforce clean coding and documentation

standards.

  1. Manage data security, access policies, and compliance with aviation and

operational guidelines.

  1. Monitor and optimize app performance, scalability, and uptime.

  2. Drive continuous improvements in automation, observability, and deployment

processes.

Technical Skills Required
