We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer - Team Lead to join our dynamic development team. In this hybrid role, you will contribute hands-on to building scalable web and mobile applications while leading a small team of developers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, mentoring junior engineers, driving technical decisions, and delivering high-quality solutions. This position requires 6-10 years of full-stack development experience with a strong command of modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Mentor Team: Guide a team of 3-5 developers, conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a collaborative culture to ensure project success and professional growth.
  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP, Laravel, and WordPress for backend, and MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ) for frontend and full-stack features.
  • Mobile Development: Build and optimize cross-platform mobile apps using React Native, integrating seamlessly with backend services.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, while implementing scalable architectures.
  • DevOps Practices: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, estimate efforts, and resolve complex issues. Ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, refactor legacy code, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance application performance.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-10 years in full-stack software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.

  • Core Technical Skills:

  • Backend: Strong proficiency in PHP (OOP, MVC patterns) and Laravel framework; extensive experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, and WooCommerce).

  • Frontend/Full-Stack: Expertise in MERN stack, including React for dynamic UIs and for server-side logic.
  • Mobile: Proven track record building React Native applications for iOS and Android.

  • Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS services and implementing CI/CD workflows for continuous integration and deployment.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Other: Familiarity with version control (Git), RESTful APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in e-commerce, SaaS, or content management projects.
  • Certifications in AWS (e.g., Solutions Architect) or relevant Laravel/React Native courses.
  • Knowledge of additional tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or GraphQL.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
