Profile: Messaging Architect (M365, Lotus Notes)

Experience: 9+ Yrs. of Relevant experience

  • 9+ years of experience in M365 Planning, Architecting and Migration
  • Must have designed and implemented an Office 365 (Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive for Business) environment
  • Must have experience in preparing transformation deliverables such as assessment summary, design documents (HLD, LLD), BOM, SOPs etc.
  • Must have knowledge of Quest migration tool
  • Must have good communication skills with representing TechM to customer
  • Developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the aforementioned teams to deliver expected customer and business results.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner business results thru an engineering or professional services team
  • Must have experience in leading a transformation team in assessing the infrastructure, designing the solution, migration and hypercare support
  • Must have experience working with customers providing regular updates, troubleshooting deployment and migration issues.
  • Have expertise in designing tools like Visio for planning and architecture
  • Have expertise in coding and executing PowerShell Scripts for automation and reporting purposes.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft solutions including AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID and Entra ID Connect.
  • Must Have experience with migration from non-MS platform such as Lotus Notes to Office 365 Migration using Quest Migration tools.
  • Keep track of the emerging technologies in the market and should be updated with the market trends with the current UCC solutions
  • Should be aware of the ancillary solutions for Active Directory/Exchange such as monitoring tools, SIEM, Auditing & Reporting tools.
  • Strong problem solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation
  • Microsoft Office 365 technical competency: Possess a broad knowledgebase of Office 365 technical architecture.
  • Have ability to plan a delivery model and resourcing structure for the various technologies mentioned above
  • Managing the hardware, software, policies and procedures needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store and revoke digital user/system certificates to provide privacy, authentication, integrity and non-repudiation
  • Have experience with security definitions and solutions in the market which would be required for architecting the solution
  • Must have knowledge on ITSM process.
  • Should be aware of Disaster recovery plans to decide RTO and RPO for an architecture along with BCP.
