Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Information Security Analyst
to join our Defensive Security team. The role requires hands-on expertise in
Security Operations, Governance, and Network Security
, with an emphasis on managing security initiatives, strengthening the organization's security posture, and ensuring compliance with global standards.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects end-to-end, and provide operational support for enterprise-grade security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and govern
    information security projects
    , including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Oversee day-to-day
    security operations
    , including incident management, risk mitigation, and compliance checks.
  • Administer and monitor
    network security controls
    (Firewalls, VPNs, IPS, Proxy, DDoS protection, Endpoint/EDR).
  • Support
    information security governance
    activities including ISO 27001 audits, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform periodic
    vulnerability assessments
    and drive remediation efforts with relevant teams.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, project reports, and dashboards for security initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and business units to align security with organizational needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Expertise:

  • Project Management in security initiatives
  • Information Security Governance (policies, audits, compliance)
  • Security Operations & Incident Response
  • Network Security technologies (Firewalls, VPNs, IPS, Proxy, Endpoint Security/EDR)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global enterprise environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Information Security.
  • Preferred certifications:
    CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSK, CCNA Security, or equivalent
    .

  • Exposure to
    cloud security
    (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience with
    vendor management
    and global teams.
  • Familiarity with
    security frameworks and risk management
    practices.
