Job Title: Telecaller - Real Estate (Thane) Job Summary We are hiring a Telecaller for our Real Estate Sales Team to connect with prospective clients and generate qualified leads through phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional manner, and a genuine interest in customer engagement and property sales. You will be the first point of contact between the customer and our real estate offerings. The goal is to create a positive impression, explain the basic features of our projects, schedule site visits, and pass on interested leads to the sales team. This position is perfect for those interested in making a career in real estate sales or customer relations.Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Calling to Prospects Make outbound calls daily to potential homebuyers or investors from databases, property portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing com), social media leads, or walk-in inquiries. Engage professionally with clients to explain real estate project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages. Clarify basic queries and encourage them to schedule a site visit or a meeting with the sales executive. 2. Lead Qualification & Follow-up Understand the customer's property requirements—budget, preferred location, type (flat, plot, villa, commercial), etc. Qualify the lead based on buying intent, budget, and timeline. Follow up with interested leads at regular intervals through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. 3. Site Visit Coordination Schedule appointments for site visits with the sales team or project manager. Share location maps, project brochures, and appointment reminders with clients. Update the CRM or lead tracker after every interaction. 4. Database & CRM Management Maintain detailed records of all calls made, responses received, and follow-up actions using CRM software or Excel sheets. Categorize leads as hot, warm, or cold and update status regularly. Ensure no lead is missed or left unattended during the follow-up cycle. 5. Inbound Inquiry Handling Receive incoming calls and handle queries regarding real estate listings, project location, offers, and contact person. Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction at the first point of contact. 6. Support Sales Team Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to keep project information updated. Assist in organizing sales events, open houses, or exhibitions by inviting prospects over the phone.
