The opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in IT tool implementation projects. This role requires a strong ability to bridge business and IT, understand requirements, and configure solutions to meet client expectations.

Qualification Requirement

BE/Btech/MBA (Finance) with Commerce or Engineering Background

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to reinsurance processes.
  • Coordinate between business users and IT teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Support testing, validation, and user training activities.
  • Communicate effectively in French with stakeholders across regions.
  • Insurance experience preferred

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years in IT tool implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in business process mapping and solution configuration.
  • Fluent in French (mandatory).
