Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, maintain HR data and records, assist with recruitment processes, and oversee employee benefits administration. Additionally, the role involves organizing training programs, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Knowledge and experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration and employee service support
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating employee Training programs
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in an on-site HR support role in a fast-paced environment is a plus
