Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, and site coordination for residential projects.
  • Incumbent shall have knowledge of submission drawing & Bye laws.
  • Incumbent shall have experience in drawing documentation of High rise buildings.
  • Incumbent shall have experience of Working drawings, coordination drawings, block up details & finishing details.
  • Candidate shall have experience in site coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software tools.
  • Develop design concepts, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • The candidate should have experience in high-rise residential projects.
  • Only candidates with a B.Arch or M.Arch degree are eligible to apply.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software is required.
  • A strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and detailing is essential.
