SourceFuse Technologies hiring Junior Multimedia Designer with 0-2 years of experience. Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Multimedia Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their design career who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to real projects.

You will work closely with senior designers andcross-functional teams to support the creation of compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and business goals. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of digital and print design assets including social media graphics, website elements, presentations, emails, and marketing materials. Collaborate with senior designers and other departments to translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas and design concepts. Help maintain brand consistency across all design projects. Prepare and refine design files for production or delivery.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practicesExperience & Skills Required0–2 years of experience in Multimedia Design, Preference given to candidates who have worked multiple design platforms. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing design work and creative thinking. Basic understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment
