With over a million followers on Instagram and a strong offline presence through retail and exhibitions, we are now scaling with structure — and looking for leaders who can grow with us. Role OverviewWe're looking for a structured, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager who can lead campaign planning, content direction, and cross-channel execution — while managing a team and improving marketing outcomes through strong processes and performance tracking. You'll work directly with the founder, but will be expected to own the marketing calendar, manage a growing team, and drive output independently.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Calendar & Campaign Execution

  • Plan monthly & quarterly marketing calendars across social, email, WhatsApp & web.
  • Lead timely campaigns for launches, exhibitions, festivals & retail events.
  • Build decks and ideas in advance with shoot briefs, content angles, and timelines.2.

Creative Direction & Brand Communication

  • Drive visual storytelling with a lifestyle & real-life lens.
  • Review all creative output (reels, captions, graphics, site banners) for consistency & amp; quality.
  • Lead campaigns around key events (Women's Day, Mother's Day, Diwali etc.) with meaning.3.

Team Management & Delegation

  • Manage a team of 3–5 (content, video, design, email) — assign tasks, review, and provide feedback.
  • Build SOPs and systems to ensure tasks get done without CEO involvement.
  • Conduct weekly reviews and quality checks.4.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance across platforms — stories, reels, email CTR, WA reach, etc.
  • Use data to iterate content plans, send reports, and track team KRAs.
  • Cultivate a data-driven marketing culture.5.

Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships

  • Build and execute a quarterly influencer plan with set goals (reach, engagement, sales).
  • Track and report outcomes; improve ROI from partnerships.6.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Align with Merchandising, Design & Retail for joint planning.
  • Translate business goals into marketing ideas.7.

Innovation, Research & Tools

  • Stay updated with D2C trends, competition campaigns & content benchmarks.
  • Propose automation tools (Sprout Social, Klaviyo, Hootsuite etc.) for scaling.
