Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the category, i.e Men's/Ladies/Kids, including planning, buying, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Conduct detailed sales, margin, and consumer behavior analysis to inform assortment and pricing strategy.
  • Identify emerging trends and consumer needs to expand and innovate the category.
  • Develop vendor base and sourcing strategies aligned with the company's value retail positioning.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including PD, design, supply chain, marketing, and retail operations.
  • Monitor category performance KPIs and drive actions for growth and profitability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Must have prior experience in a
    value retail format

  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Educational background in B.Tech (Textiles/Apparel) or NIFT preferred.
